Middletown Board of Realtors Golf Outing 2008 will be Monday, July 14th at Wildwood Golf Club of course. Sign up your team today. Playing golf is cheaper that last year. It's only $90.00 per golfer. What a bargin!!!! $90.00 includes golf and cart, beer and more beer, soft drinks, water, dinner and a chance at lots of door prizes. You can't ask for more. Dinner is still $25.00. The MID-First Ohio Challenge is July 18, 19, & 20. Come on out to see us at the Middletown Board of Realtor's booth and buy some corn for the kids. We will also be having snow cones, Sloppy Joes and Walking Tacos. Please come and support the board and the Butler County Foster Kids.
Thank you to all those who were involved with the first Homeownership Expo. We had a pretty good turn out and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves except the electric went out right before the start of the Expo and didn't come back on until the end of the Expo. It had to be at least 100 degrees in the Manchester Ballroom. But all was not lost. Gregg Clark agreed to play at Stefano's and some of us that were left went and listened to Gregg play which is always a treat. Thanks again, Connie

Ohio Balloon Challenge - July 18th-20th
Continuing Education Class - Accessibility/Visit-ability Issues/Teacher: Deb Jetter - August 7th. This class is $20.00 if you want Continuing Education credit otherwise it is free and available for anyone and especially for landlords. Space is limited so please call for reservation at 423-3445.
